    Perceived financial advantages of outsourcing must be weighed against the potential of losing or compromising the client company’s competitive advantage, reducing its flexibility and responsiveness to customer requirements, or lose core business competencies. Most importantly, outsourcing must be considered carefully when proprietary Intellectual Property (IP) rights must be protected. When asked to do so, Strategic Procurement Solutions can work with our client’s executive team to ensure prudent protections are identified for each outsourcing relationship; otherwise we may recommend other lower-risk alternatives to be investigated.

  • Business Process Outsourcing: Whether domestic or international in scope, we can provide thoughtful support of client’s selection of suppliers to whom core business operations (product or service-related) can be outsourced. These operations may be Production Line Functions, or Business Services like Call Center Operations, Billing Services, Maintenance Operations, etc. Unlike many of our competitors, however, our team understands that some core business operations are better-kept internal to an organization, and Strategic Procurement Solutions provides clients with objective recommendations about the potential benefits and disadvantages of each outsource decision.
